SCHEMATIC DESIGN

Each project starts with a deep-dive into who, what, and why. Together we explore ideas, possibilities and ask “what-if”. This is the dream phase. We realize this phase through material exploration, sketches and inspiration palettes. If furnishings are involved, we start with the end in mind by presenting concepts and fabrics.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
During this phase we start to refine the process, hone in on details and develop the clear vision of palette. We draft preliminary drawings, plans and review materials. Furniture is selected and key decisions are made for style, color, and use. Finally, we collaborate with architects, contractors, landscape designers and art consultants readily during this step.

CONSTRUCTION
DOCUMENTATION
We draft all drawings required for contractor execution. All specifications and selections are fully edited and condensed for trade partners. We obtain quotes and sketch final selections for custom furnishings. This is where architecture meets interiors— it’s all in the final details.

EXECUTION
For the discerning client, we are involved in project management and execution. We make sure drawings are being adhered to, design details are honored, and address concerns that arise. We work with our selected trade partners and contractors to ensure the vision is realized.
SERVICES
Involves design, plans and project execution through the remodel process—whether a whole home or a simple kitchen. We are involved in all aspects and planning.
We collaborate with architects and contractors to create the custom home of your dreams. We are involved in all selections and specifications of interior elements to full detailed drawings.
Complete furnishings, art and décor for individual rooms to complete homes. Each item is selected, tailored, and procured. We bring it together during a on-site installation with complete styling.
