Montana Elliott
Montana Elliott (TBAE #12605), founder and principal designer of M. Elliott Studio, brings over two decades of design expertise to her work. With a B.F.A. in Interior Design and an architectural background, she established her reputation leading the design vision for multi-million dollar projects in Silicon Valley, including over $20 million in interior built-outs for companies like Palantir and WhatsApp. Now focused on residential and boutique spaces with lasting appeal, Montana adopts a hands-on approach, collaborating directly with professionals to realize the vision. She believes in the uniqueness of each project and actively oversees all aspects alongside her team. A member of the ICAA, NCIDQ, and Texas Women for the Arts, Montana is dedicated to continuous learning and passionate about design, a dedication that shines through in her work.

Outside of her studio, Montana enjoys local exploration, design literature, and family time with her husband and two boys. She is thankful to God for his blessings and abundance. Her business ethos centers on people and genuine connections, reflecting her belief that good design is rooted in the details.

Michelle Janson
ACCOUNTS
Michelle has always enjoyed working with numbers. Together with her love of design and attention to detail, she brings organization to support the creative team. Michelle has worked in the design industry since earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design in 1998. She takes pride in building the bridge between business and design, strengthening the business side of the industry while finding ways to improve the underlying structure for the creative team. In her free time, she loves spending time with her two children and exploring the great outdoors with her dog.

Lauren Paul
DESIGNER
Lauren attended Texas State University, earning a B.F.A in Interior Design. She also was Texas State Cheerleader and serving as her sorority’s Design Chair. Go Bobcats!
Lauren’s favorite part of design is construction, she enjoys developing the design, construction drawings, and problem solving in the field. She loves working with local trades people to bring beautiful and functional spaces to life.
When Lauren is not designing, she is spending time with her husband and ‘the zoo’ (their two dogs and four cats!), working to perfect her vegetable and herb garden, or enjoying live music & German food at her favorite local spot in New Braunfels, Krause’s Café.

Danielle Denham
DESIGNER
Danielle attended St. Edward's University where she received her B.F.A with a focus in Illustration. After a move to Costa Rica, working in graphic design and editorial illustration, she found her way to the hill country. Interior design has been a passion, and her experience in the design and art world has honed her skills for creating beautiful interiors.
Danielle's favorite part of design is art consultation and custom furniture. She loves working in collaboration with local trades to design and execute truly one-of-a-kind pieces. She believes art is a part of authentic interior space.
Her free time is spent with her husband and friends in Wimberley. She is also a painter, working with gouache and watercolors. She has a large standard poodle to spoil, and many hot pepper plants to care for. As a foodie so you can always find her trying a new restaurant in Austin or attempting a cool new recipe.

Ashley Kirk
JR.DESIGNER
Ashley earned her B.F.A. in Interior Design from Texas State University. A native of Central Texas, she grew up just an hour north of Austin and has always dreamed of working in the Texas Hill Country. After completing internships throughout the Austin metropolitan area, she’s thrilled to begin her professional design journey in the heart of Wimberley.

Ashley is especially passionate about the concept and schematic phases of design, where she enjoys exploring creative, outside-the-box ideas to craft personalized spaces that reflect each client's unique lifestyle.

In her free time, Ashley can often be found with friends in the San Marcos and New Braunfels areas, exploring downtown shops or enjoying local restaurants. She also loves spending time with her black American Shorthair cat and working her way through a growing reading list.
